Perris Fidelis, RN
With over 11 years of experience in healthcare, Perris Fidelis has built her career on a foundation of compassion, leadership, and clinical excellence. Beginning her journey as a phone operator, she gained firsthand insight into every aspect of patient care and medical operations, steadily advancing through roles including medical assistant, staff nurse, team lead, charge nurse, and facility administrator.
Her diverse healthcare background cultivated not only exceptional clinical expertise, but also a deep understanding of what it means to truly care for people. After years of leading within the medical field, Perris combined her passion for wellness, beauty, and patient-centered care to create a luxury medspa experience designed to help clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered.
As founder and lead injector, Perris is known for her refined aesthetic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering natural-looking results that enhance each client’s unique beauty. She believes aesthetic treatments should never mask who you are, but instead elevate your confidence while preserving authenticity.

Roxie Anderson, NP
Our Medical Director is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with decades of advanced clinical experience and a strong foundation in patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.
She holds board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and maintains multiple advanced certifications, including Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). Her extensive medical expertise and commitment to excellence help ensure the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and quality care for every client.
